Fondazione Pistoia Musei aims to make its museums places open to everyone, where one can engage with the artworks and contents displayed in a free, accessible and inclusive environment.

A museum has the potential to be a place where people and communities can meet, relate with each other, and exchange and discuss their ideas in a spirit of dialogue and democratic participation. For these reasons, we embrace an approach and promote initiatives that make the museum the result of the communal creation of cultural spaces.
